OfferUp
OfferUp alerts for new listings.
Set a search once. When a matching listing is posted on OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist, your phone buzzes.
How OfferUp's own alerts work
OfferUp has two kinds of alerts. A search alert notifies you when new listings match a search term. A similar item alert is set from one listing and notifies you when similar items are posted.
OfferUp's help center describes the search alert this way: if you search "iPhone 15" and save it as an alert, "you'll get notified any time a new iPhone 15 is posted, plus other iPhone models, and items related to iPhones like phone cases or screen protectors."

What Deal Scanner does differently
- Only real matches. No junk alerts.
- A price range. Set a low and a high. Listings outside it don't buzz you.
- A Deal Score on every find. Each price is checked against what that item normally sells for near you, so you know it's a deal before you drive.
- All three marketplaces in one search. OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist.
- Quiet hours and a daily digest. You choose when your phone buzzes.
Set it up in 3 steps
- Tell it what you're hunting. The item, your city, how far you'd drive, and your price range.
- It watches all three. OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist, around the clock.
- Your phone buzzes. Tap it and you're on the listing while it's minutes old.
Is it safe for my OfferUp account?
Yes. Deal Scanner never asks for your OfferUp, Facebook or Craigslist login, and never touches your accounts. The watching happens on our end. Your account only comes into it when you tap through to a listing yourself.
Plans
Every plan watches all three marketplaces at the same speed. Plans only differ in how many searches you run at once.
